1. OVERVIEW
   This Universal Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between you and hannoverproperties. This Agreement is effective as of the date of your use of this website (“Site”) or the date of electronic acceptance. This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Site and the products and services purchased or accessed through this Site (individually and collectively, the “Services”). Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as conferring any third-party rights or benefits.

2. CHANGES TO AGREEMENT, SITE OR SERVICES
   GoDaddy may, in its sole and absolute discretion, change or modify this Agreement, and any policies or agreements incorporated herein, at any time, and such changes or modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting to this Site. Your use of this Site or the Services after such changes or modifications have been made constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement as last revised. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement and any revisions, do not use (or continue to use) the Site or the Services. In addition, hannoverproperties may occasionally send you notice of changes to this Agreement by email. It is therefore very important that you keep your purchasing account (“Account”) information up to date. hannoverproperties is not responsible for your failure to receive an email notification if such failure is due to an inaccurate email address. Additionally, hannoverproperties may terminate your use of the Services for breach of any of the terms of this Agreement. GoDaddy RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, CHANGE OR DISCONTINUE ANY ASPECT OF THIS SITE OR THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE PRICES AND FEES THEREOF, AT ANY TIME.
3. ELIGIBILITY; AUTHORITY
   The Site and the Services are provided only to individuals or entities (“Users”) who are authorized to form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using this Site or the Services, you represent and warrant that (i) you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, (ii) you are otherwise authorized to form legally binding contracts under applicable law, and/or (iii) you are not a person barred from purchasing or receiving the Services provided under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction.

If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind such business to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, in which case the terms “You” or “Customer” shall refer to such business. If, following your electronic acceptance of this Agreement, hannoverproperties finds that you do not have the legal authority to bind such business, you will remain personally liable for the obligations of this Agreement, including, without limitation, payment obligations. hannoverproperties will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from hannoverproperties reliance on any instruction, notice, document or communication believed by hannoverproperties in good faith to be authentic or to be from an authorized representative of hannoverproperties. If there is a reasonable doubt as to the authenticity of any such instruction, notice, document or communication, hannoverproperties reserves the right (but is not obligated) to require additional authentication from you. You further agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement for transactions entered into by you, anyone acting as your agent, and anyone using your account or the Services, whether authorized by you.

GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT
You acknowledge and agree that:

Your use of the Site and the Services, including any content submitted by you, shall be in accordance with this Agreement, any Service Provision Agreement or policy that may apply to the Services, and all applicable local, state, national, or international laws, rules, and regulations.
You agree not to collect or harvest (or allow anyone else to collect or harvest) User Content (defined below) or any non-public or personally identifiable information about another User or another person or entity without that individual’s prior written consent.
You will not use the Site or the Services in a manner that, as determined by hannoverproperties in its sole and absolute discretion:
is unlawful, or promotes or encourages unlawful activity;
promotes, encourages or engages in the exploitation of minors or any activity associated with the distribution of child pornography;
promotes, encourages or engages in terrorism, violence against people, animals or property;
promotes, encourages or engages in the sending of spam or other unsolicited mass email, or hacking or hacking of computers or networks;
violates the Ryan Haight Online Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act of 2008 or similar laws, or promotes, encourages or engages in the sale or distribution of prescription drugs;
violates the Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act of 2017 or similar laws, or promotes or facilitates prostitution and/or sexual exploitation;
violates the intellectual property rights of another User, other person or entity;
violates the privacy or publicity rights of another User, other person or entity; violates any obligation of confidentiality that you have assumed to another User or any other person or entity;
interferes with the operation of the Site or the Services found on the Site;
contains or installs any viruses, worms, bugs, Trojan horses or other code, files or programs designed to or capable of interrupting, damaging or limiting the functionality of any computer software or hardware;
contains false or misleading language or unsubstantiated or comparative statements about hannoverproperties or hannoverproperties Services.
You agree not to engage in any false, abusive or fraudulent activity. You agree not to take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
You agree not to copy or distribute in any media any part of this Site or the Services unless expressly authorized by hannoverproperties.
You also agree not to modify or alter any part of the Site or the Services found on this Site or any technology related thereto.
You agree not to access hannoverproperties Content (as defined above) or User Content using any technology or means other than this Site, or as hannoverproperties may determine.
You agree to back up all User Content so that you can access and use it as needed. hannoverproperties does not warrant that it will back up any account or User Content, and you agree to accept the risk of any loss of all or any User Content.
You agree not to resell or provide the Services for commercial purposes, including hannoverproperties related technologies, without hannoverproperties prior written consent.
You agree not to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the Site or the Services available on this Site (including, without limitation, features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any hannoverproperties Content or User Content) or enforce limitations on the use of this Site or the Services on this Site, the hannoverproperties Content, or the User Content contained therein.
You agree to provide, when requested, a government-issued photo ID and/or government-issued business identification card to verify your identity.
You are advised that hannoverproperties may, from time to time, contact you to obtain information about your account and that, due to the purpose of such calls, you have no reasonable expectation of privacy during such calls; hereby you grant full and complete permission, in its sole discretion, to record such calls in their entirety regardless of whether GoDaddy asks you during a particular call for your consent to record it.
